** REVIEW** HEALING MY HEART by ALEYA MICHELLE

Roxy is in a bind...

Should she stay true to herself or should she follow her wounded heart back to her first love?
Back to the one who left her heartbroken and alone.
Who will be the one to help heal her heart?
Will it be Dylan, who started as her re-bound, but has become her strength and her life line over the past few months.
Or will it be Kade, the one who stole her heart and showed her the true meaning of love. Then showed her all the despair, vulnerability and pain a broken heart can cause.
Which path will bring her to her happily ever after?

Before i start on my review can i say that this author shows genuine promise but right now i think possibly stripping these stories back and rewriting might be a good option. There’s too many mistakes too mention, its very confusing in places (who is talking etc)  and just odd. Starting off with book 1 Roxy is a hardcore party girl and by this book she is doing everything to keep Dylan happy ? too short a time frame for this in my opinion. Some things just seemed to have been brushed under the carpet like the Facebook stalking and was Dylan the local burglar ? he said he stole for her and was out that night she came down but nothing is mentioned again. Where was the big discussion when Kade and Roxy got back together ? his 30 second i’m sorry speech just didn't seem realistic to me. and why wasn't  a big deal made out of the girls throwing a bottle at roxy ? why is no big deal made of the attack on Kades  ute ?

The book starts where book 1 ended Kade has upped and left, Roxy is seeing Dylan  and things seem to be going well until Dylans control freak side shows up and Roxy does some googling and Dylan might not be all he seems. More and more of Dylan’s crazy starts to show and Roxy forgives him time and time again but then she tries to end it and Kade reappears and they decide to make a go of it the rest of the story is them trying to find their happy ever after but will Dylan let them.
THREE STARS
