'A work of near genius' Daily Mail - chiller for fans of GIRL ON THE TRAIN and THE HUSBAND'S SECRET
Best friends tell you everything; about their kitchen renovation; about their little girl’s schooling. How one of them is leaving the other for a younger model.
Best friends don’t tell lies. They don’t take up residence on your couch for weeks. They don’t call lawyers. They don’t make you choose sides.
Best friends don’t keep secrets about their past. They don't put you in danger.
Best friends don’t always stay best friends.
I really enjoyed this physiological thriller.
i certainly was kept guessing what twists and turns the story was going to take. the book is written in the third person point of view but focuses on Josh and Hannah’s feelings. the book flowed nicely and i couldn't put it down but the book down. the book had a small mystery story running through and this concludes in the ending with a shocking twist. its a really good book.
The book follows the story of Josh and Hannah while their best friends Dan and Sophie are separating and how it effects their relationship with each other, dan, Sophie and Sierra Dans new girlfriend.
Dan certainly doesn't redeem himself in the book, he comes across as a bit self absorbed. Sophie comes across as weak, rude and an attention seeker.
